Wine Tastings
Wine tastings are a guided experience of any 6 wines of your choice for $12.
Prepackaged local cheeses, meats, and other snacks are available for purchase to pair with your wines.
Tastings are offered on a first come, first served basis. If we're unable to accommodate you and your party for a tasting, we offer glasses & bottles of wine, mimosas, and snacks at our outdoor seating- weather permitting.
Reservations for groups of 6-8 people are highly recommended. Reservations can be made by sending an inquiry to leidenfrostbooking@gmail.com. Include the date, time, and number of people in your party. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Private tasting experiences available for large groups by reservation only.
As a business that sells alcohol, we take the responsibilities that come with that very seriously. Please be aware that if you are visibly intoxicated, or state that you are intoxicated, we are legally required to decline to serve you alcohol.
Group Sizes

We are happy to accommodate non-tasting guests with seating when we are able but please be aware that due to limited space, we are only able to seat up to 8 guests total at our largest table.
If you make a reservation for a large party via multiple smaller reservations, we will cancel all associated reservations immediately upon arrival.
Reservations
Reservations for 1 - 5 People
Groups of 1-5 people are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and do not need reservations.
Reservations for 6 - 8 People
We can happily accommodate groups of 6- 8 people.
Reservations are not required for larger parties but are recommended as space for larger parties is limited.
Please email us at leidenfrostbooking@gmail.com with the number of people in your party, the date and time you would like and we will be in touch within 48hrs to confirm your reservation.
Our Policies

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 48hrs before your reservation and get a full refund. We are keeping our tasting room less crowded to ensure a premium quality, seated tasting experience for our guests and follow the Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. As a result reservations are in extremely high demand, so unfortunately you can cancel your reservation with less than 48hrs notice, but we cannot offer you a refund for your tasting fees.
Curbside Wine Pickup
All of our wines are available for purchase either in-person or via curbside pickup. If you would like to order wine for curbside pickup please call the tasting room at (607)546-2800 or email us at leidenfrostvineyards@gmail.com at least an hour before the projected pick up time.

We are located on the east side of Seneca Lake.
FROM THE NYS THRUWAY: (Thruway exit # 41- Waterloo) Turn right after toll booths. Follow Route 414 South. You will pass through Ovid, Lodi and Valois. Leidenfrost Vineyards is approximately 2 miles south of Valois on the right hand side of the road.
Approx drive time from the Thruway: 40 minutes.
FROM ROUTE 17 (86) TRAVELING WEST: Take Exit 52A. Follow Route 14 to Watkins Glen. In Watkins Glen turn right onto Route 414. Drive 9 miles North on Route 414. Leidenfrost Vineyards is on the left hand side after the village of Hector.
Approx drive time from Horseheads: 35 minutes.
FROM ROUTE 15 OR ROUTE 17 (86) TRAVELING EAST: In Corning take Exit # 45 to Route 414 North. Follow Route 414 to Watkins Glen. In Watkins Glen continue on Route 414 to the East side of Seneca Lake. From Watkins Glen, Leidenfrost Vineyards is 9 miles North on the left hand side after the village of Hector.
Approx drive time from Corning : 40 minutes.
FROM ROUTE 79 (ITHACA): Follow Route 79 from Ithaca to Burdett. In Burdett at flashing red light, go straight through light. At the first stop sign, turn right, and travel for about one mile to Route 414. Take a right onto Route 414. Travel approximately 5 miles. Leidenfrost Vineyards is on your left hand side after the village of Hector.
Approx drive time from Ithaca: 35 minutes.
